Product details

MSA Vented V-Gard 500 hard hats meet all applicable requirements for Type I helmets as outlined in ANSI Z89.1-2009. They also meet the ANSI voluntary standard for low temperature and reverse donning. This hard hat features cooking vents for improved air circulation and comfort, a Glaregard surface underbrim that reduces reflective glare, lateral contours above the ear for easy hearing protection integration, and a rain trough that extends all the way around the brim. Look for the official reverse donning logo to determine if your hard hat may be worn backwards without voiding approvals.
