The sublingual tablets taste good, and they have the more easily absorbed type of B-12, methylcobalamin instead of the ineffective cyanocobalamin. Most vitamin companies use the cyanocobalamin because it costs them less and they don't think buyers will notice. But the cyanocobalamin is a waste of money for the buyer because the body doesn't absorb it. Usually companies will try to charge the buyer more for the methylcobalamin, but MRM Nutrition does not, so the buyer is getting high quality B-12 at a very reasonable price. I can feel the difference when I take these lozenges. They are easily tolerated when taken with meals. I am a Walmart employee and found this product through them and have been taking them ever since. Definitely worth the purchase.
