Installation and Works as advertised.

Installation is straight forward standard mini split. Be aware! That is not a standard DIY installable item. I was a HVAC tech 30 years ago and have the tools (i.e. vacuum pump) needed. All items for installation are included and the instructions are decent. Once installed unit started up without a problem. It runs VERY quiet. It performs well (cooling). I am not sure how well the heating function performs. I installed it in my 4 car garage which already has a forced air gas heater. Cooling performance is adequate for a 1,600 sq.ft garage with a 14ft ceiling height. Experienced during the 98 degree days in the Chicagoland area.

Great unit, easy to install, worth the money

Install went pretty well but i should have waited to connect refrigerant lines.. many of the line cover "gutter" pieces need to be slid on before connections are made. its odd that they spend so much time in manual discussing torque specs when each connection just bottoms out. It does not appear that the seal is made at the threads, its made by a seal on the inside of the connection. i almost powered it up without using allen wrench to open up lines, yikes!
