Handy kit for starting plants

I purchased the kit without the grow light. Care should be had with the plastic components; however, everything appears to be durable enough to withstand normal and repeated use. The lids, at least from what I can tell, don't snap on and I'd image they'd blow off in a strong wind but that's not a big deal because I'm starting plants indoors. The kit even comes with small tools for seed planting and precut tags to mark your specimens.

These are great to get seeds started!

These little seed starting trays are great! Not having any prior gardening experience, these trays are helpings me build confidence in a skill I'm gradually becoming grateful for. So far, I've got Oregano, Basil, Catnip, Stinging Nettle, Mint, Calendula, Echinacea, and Lavender started. The pop-onLED grow lights work well and allow me to adjust the positioning of them for humidity control. If they survive once I transplant them is another story but so far, I'm excited to see little green sprouts in my trays!

These are great! Everything is contained in its own cell container. The cell unit has a water retaining tray and clear dome. I have already germinated several different plants. The units are not flimsy and I can reuse them over and over. Also the little tools are very helpful when planting the seeds and the fork tool works great when removing plants from the cell.
