Very Happy with this Faucet
This looks great, super easy installation, and spiced up the entire kitchen. The pause button doesn't make sense to me either, but guess what - I'm not going to use it! I'd buy this again in a heartbeat - I'm an avg handyman, but it took longer to get the old one out than to install this one - and it's usually the opposite!

Moen has a World Hit with this faucet
I was a plumber for 15 years and have installed or repaired many brands of pull out and pull down faucets. All of them had some problem with installation and/or ease of use. I'm retired now and hated the thought of having to replace our old kitchen faucet. The cartridge was leaking internally and cross feeding between H + C, the leakage destroyed two spray heads, and part of the drain back caused the under sink mounting assembly to corrode, break, and leave the whole faucet flopping around on the sink. I have all Moen fixtures in our house so I looked on line for one that might have have either lifetime stainless or chrome finish. This particular one came in both finishes, but only the chrome was available so I ordered it and the supplier said I would get it the next day. It actually got delivered the next day and the directions made no mention of any sealants needed as long as I followed the directions. The supply lines were plenty long, the weight for the retractable head has steel bars for the hose weight instead plastic, all the gaskets or seals are rubber o-rings instead of plastic, there are no restrictions for the head hose travel in either direction and the water passages seem to be larger as the spray pressure, even at 1.5 gph, is noticeably higher. My wife loves it, I love it. Happy wife, Happy life. Grampa Bud

Love This Great Faucet!
I installed this Kaden faucet several months ago to replace an old two-handle kitchen faucet. Installation was pretty easy and similar to the Pfister faucet I had installed in another house recently. However, that's where the comparison ends. This Moen Kaden faucet works so much better than the Pfister even though they look similar on the outside. The Moen maintains the temperature setting while allowing the water to be turned on and off. That's because the valve handle has full movement both parallel and perpendicular to the faucet body. In contrast, the Pfister handle only moves in an arc, so temperature cannot be maintained when adjusting the flow. I happily recommend this faucet. We've always had good luck with Moen products.
