Fully dissolve tablets in 4 ounces of water before taking. Adults and children 12 years and over: take 2 tablets every 4 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Adults 60 years and over: take 2 tablets every 4 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours. Children under 12 years: take 1 tablet every 4 hours as needed, or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.

My Go To!!

Love the lower sodium version
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I definitely recommend trying these tablets if you get heartburn or an upset stomach often! I won't lie - they don't taste amazing, but are easily enough to get some and really helped me feel better. My favorite part about them is that it is a lower sodium version!
