I was afraid that is material would not have the sticking power needed to seal between the side wall and the flat porch roof attached. Not only does it stick, but it is very hard to get loose if you need to straighten it out, so put it on in smaller sections instead of one long piece. It is early one so cannot tell you how long it will last, but judging from its thickness and the aluminum film on the surface, I expect it to be good for years.
