The MET Helmets Terranova MIPS open face mountain bike helmet is a quality helmet with excellent ventilation and adjustability features. It’s designed for aggressive all-mountain and trail riding and is also suitable for e-mountain biking. The MET Helmets Terranova MIPS helmet offers increased head coverage compared to a standard mountain bike helmet and it has highly efficient ventilation and the MIPS-C2® brain protection system for enhanced safety. The Terranova MIPS mountain bike helmet is able to slide relative to the head in the event of a crash, redirecting damaging rotational motion. The Terranova MIPS mountain bike helmet’s visor is tool-free adjustable and flex-injected to bend if there is an impact against it. This unique feature helps to manage extra rotational forces transferred to the neck in the event of a crash. Additional features of the Terranova MIPS mountain bike helmet include: in-mold polycarbonate shell with EPS liner, the Safe-T DUO Fit System with rear dial adjustor, a four-positioned rear vertical adjustment, embedded strap anchors with adjustable cam dividers, washable comfort pads, and ponytail compatibility. The MET Helmets Terranova MIPS mountain bike helmet’s construction and fit are inspired by MET's award-winning Roam helmet, guaranteeing optimal comfort at a wallet-friendly price. Size Medium is for head circumferences measuring 56-58cm.

Looks great fits well has adjustments for head size. Large/XL fits as expected. Really sleek look with the red on black. MIPS for extra protection incase things go really wrong. MIPS is a feature that could really save you. Breathable, lots of airflow and overall a 5/5 helmet. For a 5/5 price! Can't beat it. Lightweight and sleek looking helmet that would work on the trail or the pavement!
