Shipping was fast. Rug was well wrapped and protected with no damage to the packaging. Rug is very nice, it is very well made with colors that really pop. At night with just a little bit of indirect light the white color really stands out. The rug is an 8 on a scale of 10 for softness. The pile thickness is exactly what I wanted, 1/2 inch. Overall, this rug is perfect. I'm looking for a larger one now for my living room.
