I thought about combining this with low dose Astaxanthin and Bilberry. So far so good. I use it due to prolonged screen use. I also heard from a study that it can boost reaction time in the brain. The effect is not significant or maybe it is too early to tell. Just make sure you're getting your vitamin A from foods for this to work properly. You can take one or two softgels. Don't go over two.
