Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp: Bake: 30 mins. Serves: 9 Ingredients: 1. 21-ounce can Lucky Leaf Premium Strawberry Rhubarb Fruit Filling or Topping. ��� cup flour. ��� cup packed brown sugar. ��� cup cold butter (cut into small pieces). ��� cup rolled oats. Directions: Step 1 Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Step 2 Spread strawberry rhubarb filling evenly onto the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking pan. Step 3 Mix the flour, brown sugar, butter and oats until crumbly, a pastry blender may be used for this. Crumble this mixture on top of the strawberry rhubarb filling. Step 4 Bake for 30 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature. Classic strawberry rhubarb pie prepare crust for a 9-inch pie. Pour one to two cans of lucky leaf premium strawberry rhubarb fruit filling or topping into the crust. Cover with a vented or lattice top crust, or crumb topping. It is so hard to find in the stores....so when I learned that although I could not find it in the stores...I could order it online - I sure did. I had to take two pies to an event and I really wanted to use this filling, so I even paid for express shipping - and thank you Walmart...all four cans arrived just as you had said they would. Very expensive pies...due to shipping, but everyone was very surprised and loved them. Please stock in the local Walmart stores?
