Well, I mean, they're Lucky Charms. A long-standing and popular "junk" cereal brand. I went back to eating these as an adult, but dry as a snack. I eat the grain pieces and then the marshmallows. Sometimes it helps with digestion. Not always; if my diet is really clean, I can't stomach them, but if I'm eating a mix of clean and a little junky, they help. I also like Cinnamon Life and Honeycombs for dry snack cereals.

Great Value! Cereal is ridiculously priced at grocery stores these days. Food company profits are public information. At a time when Americans are struggling to afford food and other necessities, Food companies are inflating profits. I buy a LOT less cereal for my family. This was a one time treat. I'd rather buy and prepare more nutritious foods.
