With chronic dry mouth, Lubricity Dry Mouth Oral Spray with Xylitol, Flavor-Free, 2 Fl Oz, 30-Day Supply is kept by my bedside. It is very convenient I wake up during the night with a dry mouth to spray 3-4 sprays in my mouth. It helps to swish my tongue in my inside cheeks, too, to help the saliva get going. With spraying, there is no chewing while you're half awake! I like that it is alcohol and sugar free.
