The chocolate is excellent, and the key to this type of cookie is the quality of the biscuit/cookie. The biscuit is fresh with the correct balance between a shortbread cookie and a biscotti. I have tried several of these types of cookies, and these are the best. You cannot just have one; they are excellent with milk, coffee, and hot cocoa. You will love them.
