Liked the LOW salt and great taste. Hint-of-Salt Wheat Thins are A What I do is scrape the slight amount of salt on the outside of the cracker . . . I do this by using a napkin and simply wiping the cracker of the slight amount of salt--takes a couple of seconds to do--no big deal. I am not supposed to have too much salt in my foods. If you have had recent dental work , I would avoid eating this cracker because the cracker is very hard (delicious, but not good for any current dental problems you may have). Thank you.

Since I was restricted on sodium, this hint of salt, Wheat Thins hit the spot. I can indulge a little without the worry of going over my salt limit. I like the taste and curbs my appetite for saltier snacks like chips.
