I like that this is all lactobacillus strains which I find the most important for vaginal health. I could eat yogurt for a month or more to get this level of benefit, and I do like yogurt, but this is ideal for convenience and concentration. No side effects. I have autoimmune problems, so I don't have have of an immune system, and I get frequent UTIs. My Dr. suggested a good probiotic. I tried a number of them that are suggested for Women's Health, etc. This is the only one that actually works. If I go without, I'll get an UTI
