I have mid-back length, long layered hair that has been colored consistently for 5 years (red no less) and I have been experiencing horrible dry, tangly and just all around damaged feeling throughout my hair everytime I wash it. The product gives you two options - you can use as a pre wash treatment or post wash - I went with post wash. Wow! I am so incredibly impressed with the noticeable effects after just ONE use. My hair was not only immediately shinier and more healthy looking but it FEELS soft and smooth as well. I cant wait to see the lasting effects! 10/10!
