This Louisville Ladder 16-foot Aluminum Extension Ladder offers a beneficial addition to any home. You will be amazed by our new MAX LOCK system, a patented secure and strong rung lock. The easy-to-use Quick Latch locking mechanism offers added safety and security by preventing the rung lock from disengaging the rung. You will be comfortable using this extension ladder on your house. It features a ProGrip, and a tread integrated end cap that helps stabilize the ladder and protect landing surfaces. It's resistant to slipping and will limit potential damage to the landing surface. This ladder can extend up to 9-feet. It allows you to reach heights of 15-feet, which assumes a 5'8" person. It features a modified I-beam for a more stable connection, which also restricts twisting. The safety shoes on this 16' step ladder can be swiveled. Use them in tread-down or spike positions depending on the terrain. The heavy-duty foot also features ice picks for stability in ice or winter conditions. This unit meets or exceeds ANSI-rated Type 2 safety standards.

We purchased the same ladder some time back and were very pleased with it. Painted exterior items. Then we sold home and downsized, gave the ladder to a relative. Recently moved into new home and after a while had a leak in roof. The quote we got from a rooofing company was $**** just to redo the flashing around chimney the source of the leak.. We decided to fix it ourselves and went back to Walmart and purchased the same ladder. Lowes was more cost. Fixed the leak immediatel with aid of the ladder and all in all our cost was approx $**** !! Live your ladders!!One more thing we like the way a refund is always offered with courtesy for items that are just not right for us. Very comforting.

Ladder works great. Was finally able to clean the gutters pretty easily with it. Only issue was trying to get it shipped to the house. Had to reorder the ladder 3 times because it kept getting cancelled as undeliverable for no reason. I suspect that FedEx driver was just feeling lazy those days.

Good ladder, well made and it seems pretty rugged. Good price delivered right to my door. Fits in my 8' shed at an angle, so the storage problem solved! I was so impressed with the ladder that I bought the Louisville stabilizer bar to go along with it. And that too is rugged and well made with non slip rubber caps.
