I was introduced to this item four years ago when our granddaughter was born. Her wise mother used it for massages and at each diaper change. The whole family now uses it after showers. I tried it and found the oil especially useful on my rough eyelids and elbows. I now use the oil daily, and have skin as soft and smooth as a child. The oil is also excellent for frying plantains. It does not brown or smoke.

Having a Soy intolerance, I was excited to try Coconut Oil and have not been disappointed. I now use it in my Challah Bread and the results are wonderful! The price is good, the quality is excellent; the jar is terrible and it will leak. If I had an empty oil bottle, I would transfer the oil. But I don't. I tried to contact LouAna about how difficult it is to poor from a jar, only to type my message and then discover, there was no submit button. Sigh. That said, I would still recommend this to anyone looking to get away from Soy.

I got so much for really cheap. Only issue was one of the containers was slightly open. Only a small amount leaked onto the box though.
