My son really likes these, so I try to keep them on hand. They are not soft or chewy cookies, these are crunchy but not rock hard like biscotti. No, these are way easier to eat than biscotti and I love that stuff. These also have a nice chocolate flavor from the center layer of tasty goodness. They're really good with a hot cup of coffee or tea. Actually, some milk would be great with these too. You get two sleeves of cookies inside the package, so they stay fresh if you aren't using the whole thing at once.
