Lorell Tempered Glass Chairmat Floor - 50" Length x 44" Width x 0.25" Thickness - Rectangle - Tempered Glass - Clear

I purchased this product after using numerous types of plastic type mats which all failed in a short amount of time. Life time warranty or not they fail. I am using these pads on padded Berber carpet. I am a big guy and since every mat I had purchased so far has failed I thought I'd try this tempered glass type. Like I said I am a big guy and was apprehensive about GLASS. So far its been great. I can't help but feel like every time I step on it it'll go pop but so far it remains in one piece. I am mindful not to step on the corners just to be safe. I do have the softer skate type wheels on my chair which without them I feel the chair would roll out from under me. The glass is very heavy and so far hasn't moved on the carpet. It comes with little sticky buttons which I didn't use. It is true to size no matter what anyone else says, at least mine is. 44x50 with nice rounded edges and round corners. I think this will out last any plastic type or bamboo mat out there hands down.
