For best results use 1/2 teaspoon per cup of liquid called for in recipe. Whip in a blender with liquid to prevent clumping.Xanthan Gum also promotes a good rise in gluten-free baked goods. I would definitely recommend this item. I still have not utilized it yet. But, my first recipe takes 2 tsp. I know this is n almost everything we eat. I guess it is the only way things stay together. I will let you know. Thanks for the great value.
