This item does not come with instructions, on how much to measure, it makes it a lot more difficult, it's causing food to be wasted, due to the no instructions, it surely would be better if , I could know how much to measure for what I am baking , or for what ever it is I would like to make with it. I can ONLY TRY A DIFFERENT COMPANY.
