I am extremely upset about the condition of the capri pants I purchased on the Walmart website. When I opened the sealed light gray plastic mailing envelope that the pants came in I immediately saw they were severely stained and the stains were clearly visible on both sides of the clear plastic bag they came in. The bag had a zipper type closure and even through the closed bag the smell was horrible. At first I thought they were sold by Walmart as I find it very difficult to tell who I am buying from on their website. Only after receiving them in this condition did I realize it was from a third party. Don't know if you can turn all those adds off and just buy from Walmart. No excuse for someone sending these pants in this condition unless it was intentional as the stains and smell you could not miss!. I would not purchase from this seller and after this experience question if I will ever purchase from Walmart again. Never have I received an advertised “ new item” in such a condition discounted or not. . I wouldn't even touch the bags to take a picture without gloves and a mask on after I initially opened the exterior envelope unaware of the condition of the inside items. All Walmart offered me was a refund. Walmart rep. didn't want the items back , but it was good enough for someone to send it to me. Extremely upset! Furthermore, I have received no follow up from the Walmart rep. after reporting it by phone and sending in pictures. At least they could have responded to the email and pictures. Unfortunately, no stars were not an option!

I will never order anything from a Walmart marketplace seller or Walmart again. You are risking your health. The filthy condition of an advertised new pair of capri pants that looked like someone purposely stained them and returned them to the plastic bag. .No quality control over what they send. One pair of pants was so severely stained and smelled horrible like feces and mold even through the clear plastic bag it was in. They were advertised as new. and sent in filthy condition. I feel This was done intentionally. You could not miss the severe stains on the pants prior to putting them in the shipping bag. as the stains showed through both sides thru the clear plastic bag!I won't shop at Walmart because you can't turn off these alternate sellers . Just a big money maker for them. Zero stars for this seller and Walmart.
