I keep this Lodge seasoned cast iron reversible grill/griddle on my gas stove all the time now. We use it for everything—from quesadillas and sautéed veggies to breakfast eggs and bacon, even steaks. It's by far the most versatile cooking tool in my kitchen. While it's smaller than an outdoor flat top grill, It only uses two burners on my gas stove, meaning cooking for a large group requires doing batches, it's the perfect size for the two of us. We initially wanted to try this before investing in an outdoor flat top grill, and honestly, I don't think we need one now. This grill/griddle meets all our cooking needs perfectly.

love the way it cooks, lots of room for burgers or steaks or whatever you wanted to cook.... only thing I kinda frown about is sometimes it's hard to clean up, especially if you burn something, plus it is kind of heavy, so might not be suitable for elderly people. all in all I love this pan I give it a 5 Star ⭐
