Heat but won't stick

This was my second toilet seat heater and it's not sticking. I replaced the first one (purchased from Amazon and worked well) because I replaced my toilet seat with a bidet. This one is constantly coming loose under the seat. It was easy to apply and heats well, but will not stay attached even though I positioned it once. I didn't have to reattach, it was positioned perfectly, just coming loose. I'm returning it!
