I use the griddle on top of an indoor household gas range. I purchased heat diffuser plates to level it and to help regulate the powerful front burners. It works great constructed very well. I use it everyday to feed 25 people breakfast... could not do that without the "little giant griddle".

Got this griddle for my camp stove and it fit perfectly! We made breakfast burritos for the whole family and had plenty of room for all of the food with room to spare. The catch slot is perfect to avoid spilled food and catch any grease. Bonus is it also fits on our home Weber bbq and my stove top in the houseā¦ so win, win, win!!
