The four, stepped ridges that are meant to fit into the drain funnel on my lift drain didn't fit as intended, but it still worked as it should. I guess it can't fit every oil lift drain that is made. It was large enough to catch all of the transmission fluid when dropping the transmission pan and filter without any fluid getting on the shop floor. This is a quality Lisle brand product. Lisle makes many specialty and quality tools, which I have many of.
