Very Disappointed ....

when I got this it was a USED item , I bought a new soap dispenser, it came with two pumps ,I got one pump to work and the other one was not for this unit? I tried to email the sender Renvator's c/o Mike Moulton the email wouldn't go through ? Very disappointed ......
