Calcium in softgel form

I need calcium for my old bones. I am unable to swallow large pills. So I find my calcium in softgel form. These soft gel caps are large, but because of their shape and smooth finish, they are much easier to get down than hard caplets or pills. That's the selling point for me. My previous supply of calcium was white, this one is brown-ish. Was I always buying Nature's Bounty? I thought so. Its what's fairly priced at Walmart. They have no flavor, leave no grit, go down with plenty of water. They have 1200 milligrams per serving of two. 600 mg each.

Great calcium alternative

Horse pills! They are pretty large pills that is for sure. I take other vitamins as well and have to take these two by themselves otherwise they all get stuck in my throat. If you have trouble swallowing large pills, they might not be the right choice for you, but if its not an issue, then will work fine. No bad taste, and none broken open. Great!

Large Pill That Is Worth It!

I was told by my oncologist to take 2000 IU of calcium each day because my X-rays showed that I have osteopenia. Of course I would do what she said. I take that amount every day. It works. The only drawback is that this pill is large. Still, I take it every day.
