It works. This stuff is amazing. I've had recurring issues with my tub and toilet backing up completely. Twice I've had plumbers come and remove the toilet and snake it. So it happened again for a third time and I decided instead to give this a try. I would suggest just following the directions, but I poured half the bottle into the tub drain which had standing water in it. I waited an hour and ran hot water for about 5 minutes. Initially nothing happened so I went to bed and woke up in the morning to find the tub completely drained and the toilet flushed no problem. I will also be using this monthly for preventative maintenance per the manufacturer's directions.

This is some powerful drain cleaner. It flushed whatever was clogging these old shower pipes perfectly and I discovered this stuff is so powerful, it doesn't take as much to get the job done. Only used a little. I have smell sensitivities so I was a bit bothered by that, yet nothing a handy face mask can't fix. Definitely my go to drain cleaner
