I bought it for the 12 grains and seeds. It has a good flavor and texture. I tried freezing a loaf and was not as happy with the outcome, the crust was much harder in spots and the flavor is not as good to my taste. I recommend that you buy as needed and to keep it fresh keep it in the refrigerator.
