Truly the BEST inserts I've ever had! I'm a contractor and am on my feet all day every day. At 55 my feet were starting to rebel........I've gotten them to finally calm down! The bumps really do massage my feet and I actually look forward to putting my boots on even more than tennis shoes. I've tried these for almost 4 months now and they continue to impress me. Am in the process of getting them for ALL my boots - work, hunting, etc.....

I think it took about two days to fully appreciate the added benefit of these insoles. I placed them into my most-new, month-old runners and they felt better than new! The OEM insole was already flattened. These Scholl's insoles have been in there for more than two months and they still feel fine. These insoles fit perfectly into the shoe and I experienced two benefits: 1) much improved support and 2) the bumps / nodules help keep my feet feeling ventilated. I bought another set of these to put into an old pair of cross-training shoes I wear when working in the garden or mowing the grass. These insoles made the old work-shoes comfortable again. Buy a pair of these and you will not regret
