Half good, half bad
I've started taking iron off and on outside of multivitamins after turning 40 for women's health issues. I always struggle with any iron supplement that you can taste. I didn't realize this was liquid, otherwise I'd have purchased another kind. I do not recommend this for anyone else with iron supplement taste sensitivity issues. It was all I could do to keep it down, even taking with a meal. I'm sure it'll get absorbed more quickly, but this is the first day I'm trying it so I can't speak to its efficacy yet. I wanted to write this review, since if anyone else had written about the taste, I'd have bought a different iron supplement.
