Great for hydrating :)

When you're not feeling well and feel dehydrated, these packets really help. I normally put 1 pk in my ice mountain water and shake it well. I like the strawberry flavor the best compared to others I had bought. :)

Good for on the go

I like that these come in premeasured packs that I can take with me anywhere. The Tropical Punch flavor is surprisingly good for an Electrolyte drink mix and make water taste better. The vitamins in it give me a little extra that I need with the vitamins and supplements I already take. Being Non-GMO is a plus for me. I live in a very arid climate so staying hydrated is hard and the helps a lot.

Excellent

Easy to use. Just rip open and pour powder into 16 oz water bottle an shake well. The directions are on each packet so you can take one on the go and you still have the directions. The tropical punch tastes good, I prefer it cold. I used this to get rid of a migraine headache and it relieved it within an hour. It's not a cure for migraines by any means but I do get some from being dehydrated. They do have 45 calories per packet & 22% sodium, that may matter to some people.
