Star Wars The Vintage Collection Din Djarin (Morak) Action Figure

It's hard to find an action figure of The Mandalorian with his helmet off in the Vintage Collection line, but this Din Djarin is pretty close. The likeness is excellent, especially for this four-inch scale. The articulation is good, and only slightly inhibited by the very accurate armor. Until Kenner gives us a helmet-less Din Djarin in his Beskar armor, this figure is a great choice.

This is a Din Djarin action figure from the episode where he slips into a facility to retrieve secret information from a computer console. He is forced to remove his helmet and viewers see his face for the first time in the series. What is great about this figure is that the helmet is removeable. And the likeness of his face to the character on screen is good. One of the few mandalorian figures I've seen with a removeable helmet. This figure doesn't look like your typical mando gear because he is in disguise. But, my 9 year old instantly recognized him as Din Djaren. Other things that I like about this figure: 1) The detail of the costume is great. 2) The range of motion on all the joints is first class. Great head movement. Full range of motion on shoulder joint. flexion/extension/rotation on elbow joint. Wrists rotate. Waist rotates. The hips are basically flexion/extension, but there is rotation at the upper thigh to compensate. Knee joint has flexion/extension as well as rotation. Ankle joint as rotation. His blaster is small and will probably get lost. It fits a little loosely in his hands. The blaster fits well in his side holster, but the scope will stick out. Overall, I'm very pleased with this Din Djarin figure.
