Unit works great. Much better than the one my internet provider charged me for. One note - instructions should include "contact your internet provider to have them initiate/update your service." (Maybe it did, but I couldn't find it.) The tech was quite helpful in getting me updated online, and told me politely that I needed to call them (without making me feel dumb). :) Will definitely buy from NetGear again if I need another modem/router.

ISP Router blocked streams

Had major issues with my ISP. Had to break away. It was constantly blocking streams on my PS5 and wouldn’t connect to the PSN network. It treated it like it was being hacked. I ran all the options to fix and the only solution was to get a new router. My new router has been awesome and more stable. Sometimes you get what you paid for, I’m glad I made the leap.
