I feel energetic

Before I was using just the regular vitamin C as an antioxidant but when I decided to try this, I now feel more energetic, and I feel that my immunity has increased. The size is just right and not hard to swallow and even when I take it on an empty stomach, it doesn't trigger my hyper-acidity.

Good vitamin c for stomach issues. Works for me

Good lipsomal vitamins c. If vitamin c upsets your stomach this is the way to go. It's wrapped in a fat molecule. My Dr told me about this type of vitamin c and I have been taking it with acid reflux for a year without any effect on my stomach. This one seems to be a good one. I normally take two. To get the full mgs you need to take three. I do that some cold and flu season especially.

Bioactive and effective

This is the easily absorbed version of vitamin C which is way more affective. I bought this for my husband because I read that male fertility is affected if they're deficiencient in vitamin C. A few months later, I found out I was pregnant... so maybe there is something to it!
