The product I received was packed well and the contents was in a factory sealed box. The train set was as expected and it worked fine. Another retailer I bought from two weeks prior sent me a returned/missing parts unit ( in a non factory sealed box) and I had promptly returned it. Then, within a few days I bought the same product from Walmart and they did not let me down.

Nice train.

I like the train, it does everything they said it would do. However, I blame myself for not looking into it more, because you cannot run it on the same track with older trains that use a transformer for speed and stopping. At least I haven't figured it out yet. This one works with constant power in the track to the train engine. The engine itself controls the speed with Bluetooth. I have several older engines that work with the transformer, and it gets its power and speed through the track. However, if you just want to run one train on one track, it's a great train.
