Lift it up over your nipple and adhere to the top of the breast. Feel free to adjust the Lift It Up Backless Strapless Plunge Bra as many times as need to achieve your best shape and fit without losing stickiness and hold. Repeat on other side. Preserve adhesive with original protective plastic after product is dry. Reusable if cared for properly by hand washing with mild soap and water and air drying product between each wear.
