For the 4 the of July, I dipped 1/2 of a strawberry in melted Sugar Free White Chocolate chips and then dipped the very bottom in blue sanding sugar for a patriotic picnic that we attended. EVERYONE loved them. No one even guessed that it was Sugar Free.

Melt 11oz mini marshmallows in microwave in a bowl sprayed well with oil, melt in microwave with 30 seconds stir and microwave 30 seconds more until melted with well sprayed spoon, stirring in chips. In bottom of dish sprayed with oil and put parchment in dish and spray well put any stir ins you want in the bottom of dish . Pour in fudge and smooth. Chill and cut. Excellent candy!!
