once we put these over our extension cords, our toddler quickly lost interest in the cord and the on/off switch due to him not being able to get to it. It was not broken off or been able to be opened by any of my 3 sons. I actually will be ordering 2 more. If this is an issue at your home, get them.

Works great !!

With a very active baby at home we are always looking for ways to secure our household while not losing functionality. This device is great for keeping kids out of power strips. The device did take me a few seconds to figure out how to open l, at least I know the toddler won't figure it out!! It fits each power strip that i tried it with without issues. There is also no interference with the cords coming out once the protective cover is on. I definitely recommend this product if you need to keep tiny hands away from your cords. This was received for free in exchange for review.

Perfect for curious littles

I received this as part of a promotion. This power strip cover is great and I definitely recommend for anyone baby proofing or with younger kids. Install was really easy (it hooks on a screw) and you place the power strip inside ( I didn't have to unplug any of my items to use this). Everything clicks into place nicely and it can accommodate a longer than average power strip. My son constantly will flip the switches on our power strips and now he can't see the switch or reach inside to flip it. I just hope they make a wider one in the future that will work for bigger power strips.
