The volume or ounces wasn't super obvious in the product description, just obscure teaspoon serving amounts. So I got ‘got' with being surprised how small it was once received. The nice formula and brand trust in Metamucil is an easy Add to Cart. There's so many wild recipes and claims out there. I'm upping by fiber while using weight loss injectables and having trouble with constipation. Orange flavor goes well with many of the drinks I already consume, easy to toss in a scoop undetected.

I just love Metamucil. It has the perfect flavor to make drinking easier without all the super sweetness of sugar. It goes great with breakfast when I have a busy day and not much time to eat, it cuts done the hunger pains a lot more than I expected. I was amazed when I first tried it and would recommend for anybody.
