The SentrySafe SFW123ES Water and Fire-Reistant Safe with Digital Keypad offers reliable security for your valuables with solid steel construction, a pry-resistant hinge bar, and four large, one inch bolts. This one safe is UL Classified to protect your valuables in a fire for 1 hour in up to 1700°F (927°C), and ETL Verified water resistance to protect your valuables in up to 8 inches of water for up to 24 hours. Fall protection means that even in the case of structural collapse, your safe has a strong likelihood of surviving the event without opening. In the case of emergency, you’ll have enough to worry about without ordering new documents or mourning the loss of something that can’t be replaced. The fire box is designed with an interior key rack, door tray and door pocket to keep your items organized, this safe is ideal for your home and office security needs. Exterior dimensions: 17.8 in. My parents wanted a safe they could put their Trust in. It's in a 2" 3 ring binder. It fit nicely in this safe. It was easy to program and setup. Good ratings - good fire protection. A good choice. the combination lock is powered by AAA batteries. Make sure you have some. you can replace the batteries without opening the safe.

A good solid product
The Sentry Safe SFW123ES is solid, well-designed and very sensibly configured. It's a heavy safe, which is what you'd want, but it's also quite easy to use. I like the fact that it has a backup combination which you cannot change. I also like the fact that you simply cue your code in and then open the door It's much easier to use than other safes I've owned before. Excellent value for money. The wife and I had gone to a locksmith and despaired over the fact that we were going to have to spend at least $500 to get a safe a bit larger than a microwave. This safe is bigger than what we had seen, is just as sturdy, and costs one-quarter as much. I highly recommend it.
