How To Use: 1. Set trap by squeezing the back side as shown. While baiting isn't required, the use of Tomcat Attractant Gel is recommended. Place a small pencil eraser-sized amount of attractant onto the back of the yellow trigger. 2. Place trap perpendicular to walls or other objects in areas with evidence of mouse activity. For best results, place between a mouse's nesting place and food source. 3. For mouse disposal, just squeeze the back of the trap - your hands never touch the mouse. Now it's set and ready to be used again.

I place the trap, set, with a tiny piece of Ritz cracker on it. Everything loves Ritz. I put it inside a small paper lunch bag on my counter. Mouse goes for the cracker, trap snaps and ends the life quickly. I can peek in and see that there is a mouse but don't have to look at the whole scene. Grab the edge of the bag and into the garbage. No horror show.
