When will the product arrive?

This is the absolutely best tool for finishing caulk. I gave mine to a friend who lost it. I purchased three new tools and they never arrived. I called customer service last week and I'm still waiting to hear back. If the product arrives soon I can finish a project.

The best caulk finishing tool I have ever used . I have been in the granite industry for over 30yrs and we mainly use 100% silicone which is a lot harder to clean than regular caulk.
