I have been finding Matt Black parts for a new bathroom for about a month. (I never really looked at plumbing fixtures before.) I finally got all the parts ordered and received after talking to this website and visiting a showroom. Plumber said I needed a supply elbow before he could start the rough-in and he only had chrome color. Nowhere did I read about this part and I have read tons of reviews and questions and instructions and specs. I actually got the wall mount and escutcheon for the other end (hanger) of the hose as a surprise addition in the wall mount hand-held box. But not the other version that comes with the water connection and holder. PLEASE update the literature to include this mystery part because it would save a lot of time and hard feelings about your products. I saw people in reviews, once I started looking for this part, were angry about not having a square product instead of the traditional version. I have finally learned if it takes more than a day to locate a part CALL THIS WEBSITE and ASK THEM! I also solved the matt black deck plate for the unincluded part for a single hole (center 4) vanity faucet. If we ask, they are great. I am going to order my hopefully last 2 pieces to get this bathroom ready for the plumber. Please note, my 3 rating is not based on quality of part but lack of info about the existence of this part.
