This hair dryer works great! It is also a bit smaller and is lighter than my previous ones I have used. My hair seems to dry in less time than with previous ones I have owned. I chose this brand because I use some Rusk hair products and have been pleased with them.

Better than the Dyson!
I was looking for a more powerful hair dryer since I'm impatient in the mornings! I often opted for a wet bun. I tried a friend's Dyson and didn't feel like it was any different than my inexpensive dryer. Reviews led me to Rusk, and I love it! Dries my hair in like 1/2 to 3/4 of the time, smooth and shiny! I dry my hair every day now! I like that it concentrates the heat/hair more than other dryers without needing an additional attachment (although it does come with an even narrower one). Just FYI, it did not come with a diffuser, which I never use anyway.

Long cord is a big plus!
It is very strong and hot on high and dries my thick hair quickly and it really does help with the frizz and makes my hair smoother. The weight seems like a normal hairdryer...not necessarily extra light. The on/off switch is easy to use and in a convenient place. The cord is very long, which is nice! The only thing I would change is to have a medium along with the high and low. It seems expensive, so I am really hoping it will last longer than the cheaper hair dryers that cost 1/4 the price.
