This is a remarkable water kettle.

I liked that it is easy to use and it is made of high quality parts. It is basically stainless steel. I'll sum it up like this: I have a Cuisinart temp setting kettle (the famous one) and I don't use it anymore. I have Bodum's temp setting kettle and I don't use that anymore. I have Kitchenaid's 5 Temperature setting digital tea kettle and I don't use that anymore. This particular water kettle is the only one I use and it is a bargain. It is easy to clean and it is fun to use. I make tea with it and the specific temperature by 1 degree at a time is possible. Tea temps I use that aren't available on the other three machines together: 200, 195, 185, 175, 160. Obviously, it boils water and has every other temperature I'd need to throw at it. I make tea 5-7 times a day. You get what you pay for here. I would never spend less than $150 on a water kettle going forward. I have three water kettles and one I gave away, because they are great for limited use and specific temperatures, but this one has them all from 140 up. Technically speaking, this is a marvel. I love it and it has a great look. It heats the water very well and looks like a piece of art. I highly recommend getting this water kettle for tea or coffee. The thermometer on the top is an added bonus if you want to be extra accurate with your temperatures. The pour is accurate and doesn't slosh around.

Great Kettle

This kettle is almost perfect. It has all the features you could want when controlling water temperature and flow on the pour for various hot beverages.The kettle shuts off when you lift it off the base so if you're doing a long pour-over, you may have to reheat, but this takes a second and is not a inconvenience. The adjustable flow rate is almost not needed because the goose neck allows intricate control which pours perfectly without dripping. The water boils quickly and quietly and a pleasant chime tells you when it is done. You can set the kettle to hold the water temperature for up to 30 minutes. The electronic settings are all easy to use and temp control is very accurate. The electronic thermostat and temp gauge in the lid are perfectly in sync if you're boiling a full pot of water; if the pot is half full or less you will notice the lid thermometer will be slightly lower because it is not fully immersed in water. Inside the pot is the same bright stainless steel as the outside and overall it is an attractive and high quality kettle. It is not too big or too small in capacity, perfect for 4-cup servings. It is also fairly compact and attractive on the counter. The only thing I would wish for is a right angle electrical plug to make the heavy cord more manageable. Otherwise I couldn't be happier with this kettle.

THE BEST KETTLE I HAVE EVER OWNED!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and ergonomic feel of this stylish kettle! The flow control and precision pour has eliminated wet splashes and overflowing cups. The temperature control is another wonderful feature that works extremely well for pour over coffee and when making tea and instant cereal. I read reviews stating they didn't think the kettle held enough water. This great kettle holds enough water for several large cups of tea and it heats the water so quickly that if you needed additional water it shouldn't be an issue.I LOVE that it will hold the water temperature for 30 minutes and then shut off. That feature is very convenient and has saved me time and another great safety feature! I have received so many compliments on this stylish kettle and will admit that I love to brag on it's features.
