Stay away from those. Note: I don't bother with the whole milk versions of Lifeway Kefirs, as those are more bland. 1% has about 4x the intensity of the fruit flavors. Kids will probably like it if they're used to fruit yogurt. Just tell them it's a yogurt drink. Making them learn the word "Kefir" might prevent them from trying it.
